If it’s true that Dr. Gosnell’s clinic was unsafe, using untrained staff, etc., that’s indefensible. Women’s safety is paramount. But…
If you’re horrified that poor women would use a substandard abortion clinic, what are you doing to make quality care accessible to all?
And if you’re horrified at the gore—real or perceived, actual or alleged-of later abortion, what are you doing to make early AB accessible?
Poverty correlates w/ abortion delay & lower quality of care. What are you doing about it? Besides getting all sanctimonious after the fact?
